Great product for brain support! The quality is excellent, just like all NOW Foods products! The ingredients are natural, without unnecessary additives, and the alpha-GPC is in a well-absorbed form. The capsules are a convenient size and easy to swallow. The dosage of 300 mg is ideal, especially when taken 1-2 times daily. After just a couple of weeks, I noticed an improvement in my concentration and clarity of thought. An excellent supplement for cognitive support!

Excellent! I will share my experience. I bought gliatilin at the pharmacy and spent on the drink, but unfortunately, it yielded no results. The doctors were very surprised and said that this was unexpected. The only explanation might be that I purchased a counterfeit medicine instead of the original. I then bought Now Foods Alpha GPC and completed a course. There was a positive trend, which is very important to me! I've purchased another can for a second course.
